To ensure you understand the data we collect from you, how it is used, and the controls you have over what you share on our platform, Contrib is updating our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. These updates will take effect May 25, 2018.

You should read the updated Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. In addition, here are some key changes we are making:

• More control: We have introduced new settings that make it easier to control email, text messages, and other communications you may receive from us.
• Greater transparency: We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to provide more transparency around our collection, use, and sharing of information, as well as the choices you have about what is made public on Contrib.
• GDPR: We’ve worked hard to make sure our policies and practices meet the high standard for data privacy introduced by the new European Union data protection law known as the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR), which goes into effect on May 25, 2018.

When you use our websites, app, or any of our services on or after May 25, 2018, you’ll be agreeing to our updated Terms of Use, which you can review in more detail here.
